Phoenix, LLC provides in-home/community based mental health skill building, outpatient counseling, community stabilization to individuals age 18+ who have difficulty with their mental illness. Phoenix, LLC provides an array of mental health services to adults with serious emotional illness who are in need of support and service in their natural environment to permit or enhance functioning in the community. The population served can also include developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse as a secondary diagnosis.
Our mental health skill building and outpatient programs provide a team treatment approach designed to provide comprehensive, community-based mental health treatment, rehabilitation and support to persons with serious and persistent mental illness.
